“Xavier did mold remediation in my basement. Xcellent Renovations live up to their name! Every other company i talked to felt like pulling teeth just trying to get basic info without an on site inspection. Xcellent answered my questions in a timely a manner and were prompt to schedule and complete thr actual work! Hoping i don't run into any mold issues in the future, but i will definitely use Xcellent Renovations if I do!”

“I hired Edward Home Repair to install five carbon fiber reinforcement straps on our basement foundation wall, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt right away. They scheduled the on-site estimate quickly, gave a straightforward assessment without any pressure, and showed up on time for the job. The installation itself was clean, professional, and completed efficiently around existing ductwork and plumbing. They are honest, easy to work with, and deliver solid workmanship. I highly recommend Edward Home Repair for any foundation or structural repair needs.”

“I’m so glad he started his own company! It’s rare to find a team that is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about their clients and properties the way Larry’s team does. Highly recommend for basement restoration, waterproofing, sump pump installation, and ongoing property support. We’re grateful to have them managing our properties and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.”

“He was thorough, extremely knowledgeable and left making sure it all worked properly. I would strongly recommend him!”

“Performed all work as contracted.”

“Very professional outfit. Todd and his crew responded very quickly, showed up when they said they would, and worked quickly and hard. The work was done well, all my concerns were addressed efficiently and gracefully. Communication was excellent. The crew was polite and thoughtful. I heartily recommend this company. I would hire them again.”
