“My hot water tank broke and flooded my entire basement. Since it was still under warranty, it had to be returned to the store and exchanged for a new one, and the new one still had to be installed! I had no idea what I was going to do and was in a panic until I spoke with Mike, who quickly took action. He sent one of his contractors out the same day! Connie coordinated everything seamlessly. Richard was fantastic—he uninstalled the old tank, loaded it into his truck, returned it to the store, and then brought back the new one to install. He was not only skilled but also personable and professional! I’ll definitely reach out to them for any future projects. Thanks, everyone! You really saved me!”
