What was originally supposed to be a 4-day project ended up taking approximately 5 weeks due to mistakes made by the crew that required additional work and corrections. There was quite a bit of back and forth throughout the process, and I won’t pretend it wasn’t frustrating at times. When you’re investing your hard-earned money into improving your home, you naturally expect the work to be done correctly and within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, I want to specifically recognize Caden, the owner of Ridgeway Development Group, for his commitment to making things right. Despite the mistakes made by his crew, Caden personally stayed involved, listened to our concerns, and made sure the necessary corrections were completed properly. Rather than making excuses or walking away from a difficult situation, he took responsibility for seeing the project through.
