“I hired Cohen Homes as the general contractor for a variety of projects in my home. My goal was to complete an unfinished renovation and modernize the space before renting it out. The project included painting the walls and ceilings, patching holes, replacing and installing railings, installing a backsplash, adding shelving, replacing mirrors and light fixtures, and installing new flooring. Literally an insane amount of here's and there's because I tried to do some of it myself and realized I was in over my head.I worked with Raz, who walked through the home with me and provided thoughtful recommendations.
