“No kidding, I have a list of 15 contractors we spoke with over three weeks. One guy stood out by listening to my idea and following through with a design that worked beautifully wth our existing small slab and building around it. Then building the gazebo on top perfectly. And here's the kicker. Taras, the most capable young man we're talking about. Tideeconstruction, Taras, came in underbid by a considerable percentage to all the rest who gave me nonsense. And he then came and completed the job start to fin”

“The results were amazing. We are so impressed with our new living space and will definitely reach out to them both for future projects.”

“Great experience with LFM. Had them paint the exterior walls of my house and it all looks super clean. The team was very flexible and Leo made sure everything went according to schedule. Highly recommend this team for any general construction projects.”

“Structure Innovators LLC came out to give me an estimate on replacing the lighting in my barn. He took inventory of the task and made recommendations based on my needs. He showed up on time with every thing he needed to complete the task. He removed the old lighting, installedthe new updated lighting”

“We hired Stroika for two bathroom remodels a master bath and a regular bathroom and the goal was to keep both in the same style. The team did a great job matching the design, and both bathrooms look consistent and beautiful. They were professional, on time, and kept everything clean during the project. The quality of work is excellent and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend for bathroom remodeling in Kirkland. Thanks for guys for their work!”

“From the first contact until the completion of our project, we found Miguel/ Elite Builders and his crew to be responsive, professional, very punctual, and always cheerful. They went to extraordinary lengths to contain dust and dirt from affecting the rest of the home while they did their work. When they discovered that less materials and less labor would be required, Miguel voluntarily lowered the proposal price. What really impressed me was this:On the final day, Miguel came to inspect the trim work and finish painting (done by subcontractors), and to collect our final payment. The finish details were OK but not excellent. I was willing to be content but was curious what he would say. When he arrived, I paid him in full. Then he inspected the work. He said, This is not good enough. Nope, this is not excellent. We will remove all the baseboards and trim and replace it all with new material and paint it all again!Next day, he, the boss man himself, at his own expense, was there on his hands and knees making it right and beautiful! You can trust Miguel Andrade to be honest and do the job right! We are already planning our next project with Elite Builders!Sincerely,Neil H.Anacortes, WA”
