“I hired Formulated-Nutrition for a 3 month term. Our goals are to lower my cholesterol, get my weight under control, better sleep, break the binge eating habit and eliminate my gerd. I have every confidence I can do this with Formulated-Nutrition's guidance.”

“He was extremely thorough in his examination and took great care with my 6 week old puppy. It was also very nice that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why throughout the exam. You can tell he is very in tune with animals and has an excellent feel for what's going on. Thank you very much! I recommend him to anyone with an animal that needs care but doesn't believe in medications and sedation!!”
