“I hired Cook's for an HVAC installation, and Jerry and his team were easy to work with throughout the process. They care about their customers, take pride in their work, and are committed to making sure concerns are addressed. What impressed me most was their integrity and willingness to work toward a satisfactory outcome. Jerry and his team genuinely want their customers to be happy and stand behind the service they provide.”

“Responded on very short notice on a weekend and was able to fix the problem fast at a reasonable price. Would recommend.”

“Good price on a replacement heat pump. Saved 3K over other estimates. Showed on time and took their time installing with easy financing. You are a fool if you do not at least get their price.”

“Just had my Carrier air handler and condenser fully replaced during this freezing cold snap. Great price, didnt need to shop around. Next day service and was completed within hours. Dave and his team did a terrific job. Look forward to working with Creeks keeping my new system maintained for the coming years. Highly recommended.”

“Cannot speak highly enough about Faza Air conditioning. From the initial phone call to schedule a service call, through the replacement process the team took the time to help, educate and install our new system. Repairing or fixing an air conditioning is a huge investment, and I found the team here to be trustworthy And patient with us. Yandy took the time and explored every possible option to fix our system before recommending replacement. I respected his professionalism and never felt as if I was being “sold“ anything. Yandy was willing to take several phone calls with me to explain my replacement options. Instead of selling, he asked a lot of questions to help determine what was right for my family. The install team Were efficient at getting the job done and took great care of my home and cleaned up after themselves. Perfect experience with this company and highly recommend!!”

“Very professional and friendly tech, he made sure to breakdown everything for me so I can have a better understanding of what was going on with my unit and the pricing for their services. Will definitely be reaching out again for any other AC/Plumbing issues! Very knowledgeable people.”
