“I hired Cook's for an HVAC installation, and Jerry and his team were easy to work with throughout the process. They care about their customers, take pride in their work, and are committed to making sure concerns are addressed. What impressed me most was their integrity and willingness to work toward a satisfactory outcome. Jerry and his team genuinely want their customers to be happy and stand behind the service they provide.”

“HVAC services have always been a challenge with response and cost, Wilson has hands down been the best!”

“I had technician David Allen perform maintenance per the HVAC system maintenance plan I had purchased and installing a new air filter. He was on time and was very helpful in providing information on how to help to keep maintaining the system. I would definitely recommend David at Creeks Air for any HVAC job needed.”

“Responded on very short notice on a weekend and was able to fix the problem fast at a reasonable price. Would recommend.”

“My technician was on time, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my home. They wore booties over their shoes each time before entering my home and I didn’t even have to ask them to do so. I recommend this company if you’re looking for a job well done.”

“Cannot speak highly enough about Faza Air conditioning. From the initial phone call to schedule a service call, through the replacement process the team took the time to help, educate and install our new system. Repairing or fixing an air conditioning is a huge investment, and I found the team here to be trustworthy And patient with us. Yandy took the time and explored every possible option to fix our system before recommending replacement. I respected his professionalism and never felt as if I was being “sold“ anything. Yandy was willing to take several phone calls with me to explain my replacement options. Instead of selling, he asked a lot of questions to help determine what was right for my family. The install team Were efficient at getting the job done and took great care of my home and cleaned up after themselves. Perfect experience with this company and highly recommend!!”
