“Bryan was very knowledgeable and not only completed the job quickly and neatly but also identified another issue with a bird nesting in my duct which he helped promptly resolved”

“Pat and his crew installed a new high efficiency gas furnace at my house. They removed the old oil tank and furnace. The guys were friendly, neat and efficient.”

“They also insulated all the ducts correctly to prevent the ducts/vents from sweating during the summer season.Im medically fragile from an organ transplant and my mother has cancer. Matt and his team work remotely and fully masked the entire time. Matt sent constant photos and videos of the work and communicated all the work in detail.Im very happy with the install and their above and beyond efforts. Im lucky to have found them and Ill be using them again in the future.”

“Our water heater failed on a Sunday night and we had a new water heater installed by Tuesday afternoon. ER Services was very responsive and had excellent customer service on the telephone and in person. One note - they were very expensive. The emergency nature of our repair led to a $1000 emergency surcharge such that it cost $3000 for installation alone for the new hot water heater. Please with the service, though very expensive.”

“I would recommend this company for HVAC service. Very happy!”
