“Synergy3 recently installed a new heat pump system and thermostat at my home and the process from initial visit to installation was a good experience. My initial contact with the company was their comfort advisor Dave J. who was on time, and, more importantly, very knowledgeable on the installation process and the options I had regarding equipment needed to replace my existing heating system. Once I agreed to the proposal that Dave presented to me, the installation was scheduled for the next day. The installation technicians were also on time and the first thing they did after seeing the locations for the inside and outside units, they spent time protecting the floors in my home with coverings to prevent damage. They took a better part of the day installing both the inside unit (in a very tight utility closet), the outside unit as well as the thermostat ensuring that all was running effectively in both heat and AC modes and that I was familiar with how to work the system before they left. They were quiet, courteous installers who took extra care to prioritize protecting my home's interior during the installation. Overall, it was a very good experience working with the Synergy3 guys and I wouldn't hesitate contacting them for any future heating and AC repairs or installation.”

“Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!We had recently undergone a complete reno of our first floor and wanted to replace the window ac units to align with the new modern aesthetic. The plan was to install two mini splits over the summer but we had no luck finding a company. We were bummed at first but in hindsight it truly worked in our favor. We received a call from City Ventilations soliciting their services and from the very beginning, every stage of the process was seamless.Brandi, our first point of contact was incredibly helpful! She patiently walked me through how the process would work and shared pics of how the units would look in my home.Within days, Vitali visited our home to establish the best size, placement and models that would accommodate our needs. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding of my concerns. And he was quite personable which let me know Id found the right company. I flip flipped a few times but settled on two models; an 18k BTU wall unit for downstairs and 12k BTU unit for upstairs.The technician Igor was up next and yup you guessed it, he too was incredible! He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the installation was done properly and with great attention to detail. We even experienced an unexpected issue with my breaker box that caused us to unexpectedly lose power during the installation. Instead of becoming frustrated or making it my problem, he patiently helped resolve the issue (along with my electrician who I called in a panic). His professionalism and calm demeanor throughout the entire situation truly stood out and helped ease my concerns.The quality of work, communication, and customer service exceeded my expectations (and per my husband, Im never impressed lol).
