“Our boiler needed to be replaced and removed. Alex responded to my post very quickly and he came to inspect on the same day and this was during a long weekend which was great! Additionally, he not only came to inspect, but the entire job was done by the following day and it was done flawlessly. We plan on hiring Alex and his company for future repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend!”

“I had a great experience working with Hanee for my mini split HVAC installation. He was very easy to communicate with, professional, and reliable throughout the entire process. He completed the work in just one day and did an excellent job. I really appreciated how quickly he responded and how he provided helpful recommendations to ensure everything was done properly. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I would definitely work with Hanee again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC professional.”

“Ram is excellent! My a/c stopped working last night, there was hot air coming out of the vents and the fan blade in the unit outside wasnt spinning. I called Innovative hvac this morning and they were able to send someone within a few hours. Ram called and said he was able to come even earlier. He found the issue immediately and thankfully had the part needed to fix my unit. Its nice and cool in my home again and Im so grateful. Ill only be using Innovative HVAC from now on.”

“T J and Matt, were so professional, carried out the appropriate testing for the propane tank and all that pertains. They both were so reassuring that the propane system is safe. They were just Two Very Nice Kind Men. I am a new customer to New England Energy, but I have know of the company for years, and now I am very thankful to be part of it, also thanks to my dear friend Maureen White who help in my becoming a customer. Once Again, Matt and T.J.were excellent.”

“I called Royal Solutions in the middle of this heat wave after my central air system started blowing hot air, with my eight-month-old at home. Jermain, the owner, answered the phone himself, asked me a few questions, and walked me through rebooting the system to see if we could get it running again. When that didn’t fully solve the issue, he came to my house the very same day to service my Trane central air system. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and, more importantly, someone I know I can count on when it matters most. I highly recommend Royal Solutions to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and responsive service.”
