“Gili did a wonderful job cleaning all of our dirty air ducts and did so very efficiently too!”

“We had a new heating and cooling system installed with Franklin. The whole process went very smoothly from beginning to end. We first met with Michelle. She shared models we might want based on our needs and budget. She answered all of our questions and then quickly got us scheduled for installation after we made our decision on the unit that was best for us. Ricky and his team came a few days later to install the units. Everything went smoothly during installation. Ricky and his team worked very hard and were very respectful and polite. They were very efficient and considerate the entire time they were working and it was done in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the project when it was complete. Joe came out to the house after the installation and did the inspection of everything installed. He was very polite and answered our questions. We had a great experience working with Franklin. The work was excellent and the price fit our budget and needs. We would highly recommend Franklin to others considering a new heating/cooling unit .”

“John Davis did an excellent job when he came out to support our leaky faucet. He was on time and professional. I highly recommend!”

“Prompt, polite, proficient, patient. Marcus & Jerome installed our air handler & heat pump on an incredibly hot day. They did so with good attitude and confidence. They patiently answered all my questions and demonstrated emergency shut off of unit when asked. I am very happy with the service.”
