“We had a great experience with Sean and The attic cats! He came over right away for the free inspection and confirmed the rat presence in our attic and crawl space. In a matter of few days, he coordinated the asbestos removal with another company and sent a team of four technicians to perform the job. They removed the old insulation and cleaned up the attic, put new insulation, replaced the old ducts that contained asbestos, sealed all the entry point and set the traps. All in one day, taking precautions to keep the house clean and for a reasonable cost.Highly recommended!”

“I was very impressed with this family run business. Logan was very personable. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. The installers arrived on time, placed floor coverings over the work area and cleaned up after they were done. I am so glad to have this home project completed.”

“Exceptional service from the minute I called through the entire service. I am a Realtor and I work with many service providers. Green Rodent is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure all the points of entry are blocked and areas of infestation have been cleaned and in my case insulation replaced. They respond quickly and care deeply about your issues and concerns. I would highly recommend them!!!”

“I highly recommend Juan for your next insulation project!”
