“Our installing contractor couldn’t see me until six days from now! So I tried Thumbtack and David of Coolbreeze called quickly and happened to be nearby. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and our AC is up and running again! And the fee was very low! I will call again when my AC bleeps out!”

“We had a huge infestation up in our attic and they were able to get rid of all the rats and upgraded our insulation. Great work ethics, communication and professionalism.”

“They improved the comfort of our home with high-quality insulation.”

“They removed the old insulation and cleaned up the attic, put new insulation, replaced the old ducts that contained asbestos, sealed all the entry point and set the traps. All in one day, taking precautions to keep the house clean and for a reasonable cost.Highly recommended!”

“They definitely exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.”

“Our experience with Elite Team Builders on a roof repair in Los Angeles, CA was very positive. Nathan kept the project moving and answered our questions along the way. The team was respectful, punctual, and easy to work with. They paid attention to the small details and left the space looking much better than before. They were responsive, clear with scheduling, and easy to work with. If someone is comparing contractors, Elite Team Builders is definitely worth considering.”
