Ultimately, after many conversations, additional trips to the house to work, rebuild cracked doors, rebuild drawers that were not built to original specification, & much follow-up to request status & when Chris was coming to complete the project, it remains incomplete. The hardware installed for the drawers collapsed; my husband ultimately purchased & installed a better quality product, as we could not get a response from Chris on repair. A bottom trim piece remains to complete the installation. Final fit & finish by no means are comparable to my custom cabinets of 30 years ago. While they are functional, the quality does not reflect the price paid. An overall Rating of 2 is given, & this might be on the high side. We have given this 6 months, & given Chris every opportunity to contact us to finalize this project. Once he was paid for the project, & had moved on to other projects, ours no longer held importance. Based on our experience, we would NOT hire him again, & we recommend not paying in full until the job is complete & meets satisfaction. .”
