“When my over the range microwave was being replaced, the installer showed me how the cabinet it attached to was coming apart. The handyman he recommended to repair it did not return my calls or messages. I went to Google for help. One of its suggestions was a disaster. I saw Thumbtack and remembered I had been satisfied with it before. So I put in my request, and got three possibilities. One person was interested, but not super qualified. Then I saw TM Designs. I checked it out and was interested. I’m so glad I did. Tom responded in a timely manner. He explained how he would fix the cabinet, and gave me a reasonable quote. He was able to schedule me fairly quickly. I found him to be personable, professional, and skillful. I admire his honesty and integrity. He is a good communicator. He called me to let me know he was running late, and when he got here, he explained what he was going to do to fix the cabinet, and why it came apart. He got to work and kept at it until it was done. The appliance repairman who installed the microwave yesterday, who was here for the first install, said Tom did a great job on the repair. I agree. I highly recommend TM Designs.”

“Install went smoothly. Install crew communicated before and during the installation answering all questions.Very happy with the countertop.”

“The two carpenters did a detailed and excellent job of repairing the threshold and installing the new exterior door to our condo. The original door had been shabbily installed. There were many problems with it. The JJS carpenters corrected them all, so now we have an attractive and functional exterior door. I would highly recommend them and their work.”

“Rob was the only one to respond to my inquiry. He was straightforward with me about the process and costs. He even made time to make a site visit on the weekend.”
