“NSD worked closely with SERVCO of Schertz to remodel our kitchen. We have found Reagan and his crew to do quality work while being professional and helpful. Working with SERVCO, our two tier kitchen island was reduced to one level, old countertops were removed and replaced with new quartz. In the kitchen. We also replaced the countertop in the guest bathroom. The bathroom is finished while the kitchen is nearly compete. They are today doing the kitchen backsplash and only need to rebuild our kitchen islands stone front.”

“My sister and I hired Structure Builders for my elderly mother’s remodeling project after reviewing three other bids. Structure Builders was the only company that provided a written contract and didn’t require a huge down payment. Instead, their contract indicated the draws required after certain stages completed. I was impressed that the owner, Rudy, was involved from the beginning to the end of the project. The project went over a few weeks due to the weather and some changes to materials ordered outside the contract selections, but Structure Builders performed additional small projects at no additional cost for the inconvenience. The workers were very professional, clean, and very talented. I absolutely love the final project. We completely gutted and relocated the kitchen from the back to the front of the house with a large pantry. Added a dinning area with a huge island in for dinning and extended the living area. I love that Structure Builders is Veteran owned and local, it is not a company that wont be around when issues arise. Rudy just celebrated 32 years with Structure Builders. We have re-hired Structure Builders for other projects because and will continue to only use them for everything we need.”

“I love how creative she was and her perfect balance of being personable and a dedicated professional. My project was small (one room), but very meaningful to me, and she gave it a great deal of attention. I am very pleased with the final product. Thank you!”

“Great job on the repairs after the fire. I really appreciate the quality and the attention to detail.”

“Amazing service. Professional, responsive and the quality of the work was outstanding! Highly recommend!”

“I would highly recommend them for remodeling, repairs, or any home improvement project.”
