“Mike, Eran and the entire crew were absolutely amazing and saved my skin! Previous contractor demolished the bathroom and then tripled the original estimate and said it would take an additional 3 weeks to complete the work. Mike came out and looked at mess and was very helpful & accommodating with the rushed timeline. I met Mike yesterday, the crew came out this morning and 8 hours later my bathroom was complete. ELM Construction Thank you so much for your amazing work! I will definitely be using ELM Construction for my future projects.”

“Ryan came in and fixed our 50 x 100 backyard. We hired someone to come in and do some patios and walkways in Concrete. He left a huge mess with a large pile of excess materials and did not backfill in around the cement or smooth anything out. Ryan fixed it and made it beautiful. It was on time and worked hard and fast. I would totally recommend him for any excavation work.”

“I was referred to Better Basements by my realtor following a pipe break in my crawl space. Dylan was responsive and helpful and provided a quote very quickly. Because there was standing water, time was of the essence, and we were able to get on their schedule quickly. The team was professional and helpful, as well as considerate of the fact that we had 2 escape artist cats and a senior dog who would gladly escape on an adventure given the chance. During cleanup they protected my floors and walls leading into the crawl space and cleaned up completely after. Finally, in a high integrity move, the team found that the original quote called for measures that weren't needed and I was given an updated quote that saved me money. That kind of move goes a long way in building loyalty and I'd quickly/happily recommend the Better Basements team or work with them again if needed.”

“Josh was amazing! I would recommend him to anyone looking for junk removal! I had an apartment that needed cleaned out in short time and he made it work! His prices were great! Better than any around that I’ve used. Thank you Josh!”

“I was looking for someone to do a patio in my backyard. Kevin was very informative and he answered all my questions. He replies in a timely manner. He did a great job with the patio. I would definitely recommend KGS CONCRETE.”
