Before he left, he spotted another problem I had at the entryway to my house, one that I had not included on my initial list of things to do, and offered a smart way to fix it for a reasonable price. That convinced me. I hired them and they started the following Monday. Well, it actually took 4 days, but guess what, it was all my fault. I added stuff to the backyard, like a second little patio and 2 sets of stairs. The workers took it in stride and by Thursday I had my dream backyard—low water/low maintenance, sturdy new stairs made of material I had on hand, plus a great new entryway patio that completely eliminated the tripping hazard at the front of my house. A month later, I still feel amazed, like I got a 900 square foot addition to my house, and somehow they did it in 4 days. BTW, the company had at least 3 other projects going at the same time and yet Mark was regularly in touch, workers were constantly on hand, and my yard was completed quickly and skillfully. They say, if you want something done right, ask the busiest person to do it. Worked for me.”
