“If you need plumbing work done with honest, professional, on time and real people, these are your guys. They are extremely transparent, explain everything, and do what they can to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. We just bought a house, and a couple days in our sewer main to the city right of way got blocked and starting backfilling into the home. This occurred on a Thursday night and the only company out of dozens that were called that were interested in coming out on Friday as soon as they could was Five Stone. The two techs that came out Cody and Nolan, are awesome guys, extremely informative, patient and willing to explain everything they are thinking and how to remedy the situation. Robert the owner has a business model around honesty and transparency and is a super nice guy. They ended up recommending a full sewer line replacement out to the city right of way, pulled the permits for us, and had the entire reinstall done in one day, included staying until 7:30pm to finish, ran into some unexpected issues with the run that any other company wouldve charged us another grand or two to do, and didnt upcharge us at all for it. The original agreed upon price, was the price and thats rare in todays market with contractors.Im a DIY type of guy, and if I ever run into a plumbing issue moving forward that I cant solve, I wont be calling any companies except for Five Stone. I cant give them enough praise for the quality and service they provided.Thank you Cody, Nolan and Robert. You guys are fantastic, and we extremely grateful for the work and assistance you gave us on this type of job.”

“One of the best experiences with a contractor in recent memory. Contacted, responded in <5 minutes, came out the next day and completed the repair. Will definitely recommend them moving forward.”

“The technician was very polite, on time, and very knowledgeable about how to fix my plumbing issue. He did his work efficiently and effectively. He explained everything, he made sure I understood the pricing, all he would do and if there was any debris left from him Fixing my issue, he made sure he tidied up the area in which he worked. I appreciate your help. I will be calling you in the future if and when I need your assistance. Thank you so much for a job. Well done.”

“Zach and Jacob took care of a couple of plumbing issues at my house. They were very professional, knowleadgable, and courteous.Very pleased with their work.”

“Highly recommend They came in well below the other three quotes I received and were honest, professional work, and straightforward from start to finish. Its hard to find a company that provides great work at a fair price without trying to upsell you on things you dont need. Their communication was excellent, the service was top-notch, and they earned my trust. Ill definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again for the great service!”
