“I appreciated it so much because most contractors would prefer to come out and charge you just for the visit and then either “find” a reason to start demolishing stuff or provide some sort of unneeded service. Arkeon had the right attitude and decency and so I will be testing the area and if I do need help they’ll be the ones I call first.”

“Jose communicated very well about the work that would be done, what would need to change, and the cost of it all. The team went above and beyond to get things up and running for us! We had a broken section of our terracotta sewer line. Jose came out, gave us a great quote and scheduled the work. Replaced the entire line in 3 days plus installed a clean water line for our fridge! Everything is working great and we are beyond thankful to have a working line and can get water from the fridge now! Thanks so much Jose and team!”

“Rare to find a contractor that checks all the boxes. Victor showed up when he said he would, which says a lot about his character. 730 am means 730 am. He doesn’t cut corners, believing in doing it correctly. (Integrity) what started out as a flashing job, to seal leaks coming in through a window. Turned into finding rot and having to do a lot more than expected. Showed up on time and worked his butt off, on top of doing a great job dude is actually really cool, fun to talk to and felt like family by the end of it. Will use him again and recommend to everyone.”

“Very thorough. Broad understanding of multiple fields and yet not afraid to say not in my wheelhouse. He is very good at cost/benefit analysis. “Yah, we could do it that way, but if we…..”. He can speak his mind and also follow instructions. I cannot recommend him more highly”
