“I appreciated how fast Allyn responded to my inquiry, gave me a estimate, and was able to start my deck project. His crew was super friendly and easy to work with. I will be calling them back to complete more projects around my house in the future.”

“Wow, of the hundreds of construction projects I have had done this company is the star. Start to finish in two weeks and they showed up every day rain or shine. The backyard paver and retaining wall project was hard access and we had a lot of rain. They are professional and had the best team who moved out probably 10 dump loads of dirt. They built a beautiful paver patio and retaining wall entertainment area in our backyard in the SW Hills. It looks fantastic and we had the best experience with them. The owner Martin was at the project at least once per day and handled all the details. We recommend them highly.”

“All of the staff are pleasant and hard workers. They are also willing to work with changes and go with the flow to get the project done.”

“They did an amazing job on our sprinklers and our paver patio as well!”

“One of the most reliable and dedicated companies Ive worked with”

“(This after many experiences with construction companies that either didn't solve problems or charged ridiculous amounts for simple repairs.) They helped me with the repair of a subfloor that was sinking due to dry rot, and did an exceptional job for a reasonable price. Sean came personally to assess the problems, thoroughly talked them through with me with different options, then sent me a detailed and reasonable estimate which he honored as the final cost. Communication by phone and e-mail was excellent, and he was very understanding with my issues with scheduling due to family issues. He even sent pictures of possible materials so I could picture what could be done and I didn't have to go to showrooms. As for the work, Joel did almost all of it, starting with ripping out all the rot, the existing vinyl flooring, and replacing beams and subfloor. As you can see, it really needed help, and we added a new toilet to the job. But it was the finish work I was so impressed with! Not only did he put in new flooring (which Sean helped me select), he perfectly cut brand new baseboards, and even painted them. Joel obviously takes pride in his work as a craftsman. In short, Sean and Joel provided me with not just a repair but an excellent start on a remodel, and I'm hoping to have them back to put in a walk-in shower and a new sink cabinet later this fall. Don't hesitate to call them for an estimate for any kind of construction project--they do much more than flooring!”
