“Our project included: Removing all remaining river rock and mulch Grading the side yard Adding a flagstone landing at the bottom of the stairs Reworking large stones in the side yard Relocating existing ornamental grasses and planting new ones Installing a new irrigation system with 5 zones Sodding the rear and side yards Adding mulch around the patio and border areas The project took about a week and a half and came in at $10,900. Now, three weeks later, we couldn’t be more thrilled. The sod looks beautiful, the irrigation is working flawlessly, and the entire space feels transformed—softer, greener, and infinitely more inviting.
