“Additionally, materials’ warranties or floor installers warranties may be invalidated by specific types of treatments, so make sure you communicate with the tech. Nobody wants to end up with invalidated warranties and/or damage from a failure to communicate about the materials. It’s very clear this company has a lot of experience and takes pride in their work. The tech is returning FREE of charge to remove and deep clean not just the floors, but the stairs as well. He is a very hard worker and has a track record of success. Based on the work I saw when he was here, this man definitely has top notch tools, knows how to use them, and will deep clean your floor like he’s competing in the Olympics. I also had the couch deep/steam cleaned and it was amazing! Make sure you do a good pre-inspection of the site so you can discuss the work. I am so confident the results will be spot on, I have already updated this review. He has displayed integrity and honesty that you will not find with most Harford County contractors; I have had many BAD experiences. If you have very dirty carpets or floors, be courteous and inform him, so he understands that job will require more time. More significant projects should be scheduled earlier in the day, so send pictures of your job so can get an accurate estimate.”

“I cannot say enough about Brittany and the entire Value Dry company! A client of ours asked for a referral to deal with newly discovered moisture issues in their basement. They were looking for a solid company (with skilled crews) to solve their issue. I immediately knew they would be in great hands with Brittany! She came out quickly, assessed exactly what needed to be done and assigned them a top-notch crew that had them squared away in no time. Highly recommend Brittany and the very talented crew at Value Dry!”
