“I hired Crown Mold Specialists for a mold inspection at my house and had a great experience, largely thanks to Rashid. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to thoughtfully explain everything he found during the inspection. What really stood out was that he went out of his way to speak directly with my building super to explain what was going on that made a huge difference and saved me a lot of back-and-forth. Highly recommend Rashid and the team at Crown Mold Specialists if you need a thorough, professional mold inspection.”

“I’d definitely recommend Dave to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy inspection.”

“He is extremely professional and knowledgeable; always letting me know what was going on, the status of the project and worked within my crazy schedule seamlessly. I cannot thank him enough for everything! If you need a quality company and person, Sam is the guy!!”

“I reached out to three inspection companies, and Frank was the first to call back, scheduling me for the very next day. After we spoke, I also checked out his website and saw his certifications, which put my mind at ease. He was professional, thorough, and patient with all my questions. His written report came with a full detailed breakdown, photos, and lab results — exactly the documentation my attorney and I needed to figure out what to do next. Frank was also just a genuinely nice guy. I mentioned I’d hoped to open a dog training business there, but with this mold condition, I wasn’t sure how I’d ever get a Department of Health permit. Turns out he and his daughter both have puppy poodles from the same breeder — and since I’d just gotten a puppy myself, we ended up talking dogs and sharing pictures. Small thing, but it made a stressful day easier. Promptness, professionalism, and yes — puppies. Can’t recommend Frank enough. Four paws 🐾🐾”

“He did not find any mold but recommended different services that we can look into with our air conditioner in the spring! I would rate him 10 stars if I could!! The Best!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Great fast and cheap service I would highly recommend for all your mold removal, they showed up early and gave us a better price than three other companies. Very professional and courteous.”
