“Normally that would have been the end of the service. But we were still concerned that the skunk had just relocated to the detention basin drainage channel adjacent to our house since we could smell it. So Acorn set 2 more traps for 4 days to try to trap and relocate the skunk. But wily varmint didn’t take the bait but an opossum did and Acorn responded within 2hrs to relocate to a safe environment. relocated it. I still have a skunk nesting somewhere in the drainage canal, but that is township property. With the new screen barriers (1yr warranty) we do have to worry about the skunk returning to nest under the deck. Acorn, and Brandon Stein (owner), were incredibly responsive and went the extra mile for us to solve the skunk issue. Acorn is price competitive and excellent quality of service and product installation. Everyone who came to our property were knowledgeable, friendly, polite and efficient. We could not be happier.”

“THIS is the best safety investment that we did for our new house and our family! We just bought a house (made in 1955) and the inspector told us we should definitely look into getting new insulation. These guys came over to assess and was able to tell us that not only hasn’t the insulation not been changed since 1955 but there was also evidence of pests (mice and dead birds) in the attic and basement. As a 9 month pregnant stressed and skeeved out mom I wanted to be rid of any potential pests new and old from living rent free in our new house. They calmly explained to us that they would be able to take out the old insulation, vacuum clean the area, seal off any potential entrance routes with cement in the basement and roof as well as seal any access points from the exterior of the house, bleach clean the area so it doesn’t attract new pests to the area, and install new insulation. They took pics every step of the way, double bagged the waste, lined with plastic and vacuumed afterward their route into and out of the house, and they made sure we gave approval after fully cleaning the roof and basement before installing new insulation. They also were able to vacuum clean and discard any belongings the previous owner left in the attic space in the garage. They were so calm and professional about every step and everything they did. I love that they sent so many pictures and videos of their progress. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations! Now I can sleep well at night knowing our new home is safe. If there’s one thing everyone should do for their home- new and old- it is this! Highly recommend!”
