“importantly, helped me stay calm during a very stressful situation. What impressed me most was that Joe didn't just supervisehe rolled up his sleeves and helped remove the newly installed flooring so the subfloor could be properly dried. He stayed in constant contact over the next two days, answering every call and text and guiding me through the entire process.Because of Joe's expertise and quick action, we were able to save the project, avoid what could have easily become $10,000-$15,000 in additional damage, and get the home back on track within 48 hours.Joe is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his clients. He educates rather than sells, never oversells services, and treats people the way you'd hope a trusted friend would during a crisis. If you need water restoration, mold remediation, smoke restoration, or emergency mitigation services in the Twin Cities, I highly recommend Joe Johnson and Voda & Cleaning Restoration. They are responsive, experienced, fair, and truly exceptional at what they do.”

“Offered free advice without even asking. Very responsive and willing to help out in any way.”

“His product works better at deodorizing than anything I've tried so far (and I've tried a lot), make sure you buy a bottle or two for future use.”

“However, once it had arrived, the crew was here the next day and had it installed. I’m going to love our new dry basement.”
