“I am really impressed with how accessible Cheryl is to her patients. There was mulitple times I found myself in a panic, and Cheryl met with me right then to help sort it out! I'd also like to add that Cheryl is a great teacher. I have found that therapy is quite a learning process, and she has provided me with several techniques to help me cope with various issues. As a couples therapist, I was very impressed with how she was able to help us communicate in a very positive way, which has made our relationship much more stable. I reccommend Cheryl to anyone, whether they are seeking couples therapy or private sessions. She has been wonderful!”

“Best I have felt I four years. Tara has given my stomach relief and comfort with weekly acupuncture appointments and supplements. I was having constant IBS symptoms, trying many different medications in the past. Tara has given me the most relief my stomach has felt in years.”

“I have been working with Eric, from Rising Calm Therapy for over a year now, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From our very first session, I felt heard, understood and supported in a way that was both professional and compassionate.Eric has been incredibly helpful in guiding me to manage my anxiety during the most stressful time of my life. Over the course of our work together, Ive learned many practical techniques for stress-management which have proved to be tremendously valuable. In addition to the work weve done around anxiety, he has helped me make remarkable progress in organizing my thoughts. Eric has taught me tools to break down overwhelming situations and regain clarity. This has allowed me to focus more effectively and feel less mentally scattered. One of the most powerful aspects of our work together is that Eric has helped me reconnect with my faith and rediscover who I am in Christ. Ive been able to see myself through Gods eyes once again, which has been incredibly healing. The process has allowed me to rebuild self-worth and embrace the truth of my identity in Christ.I feel that Eric has gone above and beyond in supporting me. His professionalism, empathy, and spiritual guidance, have made all the difference in my journey. I am incredibly grateful for his help.”

“I assume it would have taken years for me to see the benefits of using traditional therapy.”

“Emmett is great! He has worked with me a long time to resolve my issues with depression and anxiety. He really cares about the problem and making sure that you have the tools to work through any situation. His alternative counseling is way better than any traditional counseling I’ve ever received, he is a lifesaver!”
