“With our new appliances scheduled to arrive the next day, Dmitry came out on very short notice and installed a brand-new outlet directly from the electrical panel so everything would be ready in time. He saved the day! He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and his communication from start to finish was outstanding. He explained everything clearly, showed up when he said he would, and completed the work neatly and safely. If you're looking for an electrician who is reliable, responsive, and does quality work, I would absolutely hire Dmitry again. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy!”

“Noe came out at the end of May to troubleshoot the unit in our downstairs suite, it would not turn off. Successfully diagnosed it as a broken motor and ordered a new one. Had to then come back and finish the install job once received from manufacturer. Highly efficient and organized, he swapped them out in less than the 2 hours estimated. Strongly recommend Good Faith to anyone and everyone looking for HVAC help! Noe’s rates are fair and he is extremely professional and neat/clean about his work. He went above and beyond for us as customers in tracking down this extremely uncommon motor and contacting numerous distributors. Communication is outstanding - always kept us in the loop with consistent updates. If you want a company that is honest and trustworthy definitely use Good Faith! Perfect example of why small business > big business…thank you Noe for treating us valued customers, we appreciate it and look forward to using you for any future HVAC work/maintenance (review has also been posted on Google Reviews).”

“Anthony Perez, is a Highly Favored and Respected Electrician representing Direct Electric Co., Murrieta. He went beyond the traditional research in our home to provide Peace of Mind on an Obsolete 100 Amp Breaker Panel which needs to be upgraded to a 200 Amp Service. He was thorough in his explanation as he shared his experience and knowledge of Electrical Power and Components. His composure and demeanor are very professional! Anthony walked the “Extra Mile” which displayed a solid confidence I don’t always feel from other tradesmen! He is also very personable! I believe he will not let me down! Mr. WAZ”
