“I encountered an electrical problem of flickering lights and eventual loss of power in areas of my home. Dean arrived the next morning and we found a very dangerous situation. The heavy rain caused water to seep through the wiring from the outside into the entire electrical panel. Standing water in the bottom of the panel, corrosion and some breakers crackling. Dean checked everything carefully, shut off all power and provided a detailed explanation of what the situation called for.He caulked and sealed outside wiring and inside, replaced the entire panel and most breakers. He was very professional and empathetic to my anxiety level and safety concerns. In addition, he provided a thorough report and photos of his work to my homecowner insurers.I would highly recommend Dean and the Panel Guys to anyone needing electrical service. Thank you Dean for handling a very difficult situation.Sherri Palmer”
