“After meeting with so many contractors, you can tell when someone is salesman/pushy versus genuinely good person who just wants to do a good job. He immediately could tell that she was originally being taken advantage of(her contact had charged her an outrageous amount and taken over 5 months to do a job that would have taken aldaberto 2 weeks and a fraction of the cost). He told us all the issues and where he thought he would have problems, gave an approximate estimate for the supplies my aunt wanted and the quote for labor. She had guests coming Saturday and he had a job that would not be done until Wednesday. So he was there Thursday am, supplies in tow and finished the whole job by Saturday pm. He was communicative and patient with my (80+ year old aunt who enjoys talking and had trust issues now, since she was scammed) and he essentially held her hand the whole way. AND went out of his way to text me almost daily with an update. The first pics are of the botched job from the scammer and you can tell where he came and fixed it. He was amazing and I hope he can do a job in the bay for us as well. I highly recommend him.”

“His communication is excellent and follow-though. I will definitely use them again for future projects.”

“We have a huge wisteria over our backyard patio awning and it’s so unmanageable to prune. It look him about 5 hours to give it the prune it needed and we are SO grateful!! He generously offered to come back if there was anything he missed, but it looks perfect to me— just in time for winter.”

“I highly recommend North Bay Carpentry - great contractor!”
