“stabilizing the structure and subfloor, refinished all of our floors, expanded a doorway for French doors, moved the refrigerator and ovens to new locations, installed 25 cabinets. We requested four contractors to bid on our project. Larry’s bid was detailed, professional, and very competitive. More importantly, I want to emphasize the high quality of the work done by Larry and his team. The cabinets, floors, lighting, new entryway, artistic tiling of the backsplash look fantastic. When our cabinet designer reviewed Larry's work, she remarked "You got a pro". Friends and neighbors who stop by, comment on how great our new kitchen looks. Larry was great to work with throughout the project. My wife and I appreciated how well Larry listened to both of us. Larry understood how the artistic details of the backsplash and the look of the crown molding mattered. At all points he wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work by his team. Everyone from his team was friendly, courteous, and wonderful to work with. We feel lucky that Larry’s company was available and chose to work with us on our project. We are truly delighted with the outcome.”

“When searching for an awning company, I came across Shade and Shield, and what truly set them apart was the proposal presented by the owner, Jon. From the very beginning, it was clear that Jon's integrity and commitment to realizing my "awning vision" were deeply rooted in the pride he has for his company and his team. During the presentation, I could sense his genuine passion for not just meeting, but exceeding client expectations. Unlike other proposals I received, which primarily focused on the technical aspects of the project—detailing how they would execute it and providing color schemes and material samples—Jon emphasized the overall experience his company would deliver. He was less concerned with just the logistics and more focused on how he would manage the project to bring my vision to life. This approach resonated with me, as it highlighted a dedication to customer satisfaction that I found lacking in other companies. Jon's ability to connect with me on a personal level and his willingness to listen to my ideas made me feel valued as a client. It was this combination of integrity, passion, and a client-centered approach that ultimately led me to choose Shade and Shield for my awning project. I am delighted with the result and the choice I made for Shade and Shield to realize my vision.”
