“We bought a fixer upper and searched for a contractor online. Leons was the first to respond and compared to other estimates we received, his turned out to be most reasonable and most importantly it was given to us promptly as well. This enabled us to make quicker decisions and comparisons. He was easy to talk to and our requirements were met with ease. His team was very competent as well, friendly and professional. The project was completed on time and I am pleased with the overall quality of their works. He is quite lenient too when it comes to change orders and they were able to accommodate them with no problem.”
