“Additionally, cutting the grass was supposed to be included in the $5,000 job, but that portion of the agreed-upon work was never completed. I wish this had simply been a language misunderstanding, but we speak the same language, so communication was not the issue. I recognize that this may have been a rare occurrence, and I appreciate that he apologized after we addressed our concerns. However, this was still our experience, and I believe it is important to share it honestly. I am leaving four stars, which I believe is generous considering the overall experience. I chose four stars because I am a business owner myself and because the work he completed does look beautiful. That being said, we will not be using his services again.”

“They even went above and beyond by doing additional work just to help me out, which I genuinely appreciated. They also provided photos and videos documenting their work, exactly as I had requested, so I could see that everything was properly installed and secured. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges, and they delivered exactly what we agreed upon. Thank you so much for coming out on such short notice and helping me resolve a stressful situation! I really appreciate your professionalism, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofing contractor!”
