“Wow, David is amazing! The meals he prepares are both beautiful and delicious! He is punctual, polite, and professional. I highly recommend him.”

“What can we say about the "experience" Chef Zoi provided for us and our guests. We had a group of 10 people to share in our wine-release dinner party, and Zoi nailed every dish! To begin, great communication back and forth prior to the event. We always felt connected. She arrived right on time the day of the event, and her support team was punctual as well. She got to work, was gracious and my family really ejoyed the pre-guest arrival conversation. The food, well it was amazing! Chef did an incredible job pairing the perfect dishes with each of the 5 wines we served. The guests LOVED the food, the service, her engagement, and it was an incredible evening! We are excited to host another event soon, and will absolutely bring Chef Zoi back next time. A true artist and professiional, we highly recommend her for a great experience!”

“I previously attended an event that was catered by Chef Dane, and I can say that I was in absolute awe! Each dish was so delectable, it makes it impossible to pick a favorite. Our meal was accompanied by custom cocktails and delicious wine pairings. I still dream about the tomato margarita that we sipped on with our appetizers. Chef Dane has a deep understanding of flavor profiles and seasonality, that helped craft the most perfect menu for our warm summer dinner. The courses were plated beautifully, and timed perfectly. On top of the food tasting absolutely amazing, Chef Dane’s professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. I can’t recommend Salt & Ember Provisions enough.”

“The food is delicious and authentic, good quality amount of food you get to eat. Also Affordable. 🌻”

“Best Ever Hands Down. I had the pleasure of attending a multi course experiential dinner party hosted by Christiann at NORR Agency in downtown Portland hosted by the team with NORR Kitchen, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The evening began with a delightful cocktail hour featuring delicious appetizers, setting the tone for the rest of the evening. We were then ushered into a cozy, intimate setting for a five-course meal that surpassed all expectations. I love that there is an opportunity to book a private experience after the NORR Kitchen pop up on Glisan transitioned out of brick and mortar. It’s like NK never left!!! Christiann's culinary skills were truly impressive; each dish was expertly prepared and showcased fresh, local ingredients. What stood out the most was her attention to detail. From the thoughtfully curated cocktails to the perfectly matched wine pairings, every aspect of the meal was meticulously planned. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy the company. It was evident that Christiann put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring that everyone had a memorable evening. In a city known for its vibrant food scene, Christiann's talent truly shines. No wonder NK received countless press features and won top 10 in the whole city!!! Thank you for a truly unforgettable evening!”
