“Oscar and his GRR team went above and beyond to prevent future rodent infestation. I would never have imagined or expected all the extra things he stayed late to do in the kitchen. I have nothing but HIGH praise for Oscar and his team.”

“Highly Recommend Marlon – 10/10! I am so glad I trusted my instincts and hired Marlon. I am beyond relieved and grateful that we found him through Thumbtack. We were so worried that we had yet another home maintenance issue to deal with, but Marlon’s solution in how to address it, fair pricing, project plan, and future proofing gave us confidence that we had found the right team for this job. Before hiring him, I had estimates from three other pest control companies on Yelp, but none of them gave me confidence that they would truly solve our rat problem or help prevent it from happening again. Most of them only wanted to treat one specific area without taking the time to inspect the entire property or explain why the infestation happened in the first place. Others were termite or pest specialists and didn’t quite understand this problem sufficiently. Marlon was completely different. He thoroughly inspected the entire exterior perimeter of our home, identified how and why the rats were getting in, pointed out vulnerable areas we never would have noticed, and explained exactly what needed to be done immediately to eliminate the problem. He also took the time to educate us as homeowners on preventative measures we could take to greatly reduce the chances of another infestation. That level of care and attention was something none of the other companies offered. Marlon and his assistant were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and incredibly hardworking. Communication through both Thumbtack and text was fast, clear, and convenient throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was that Marlon genuinely cared about solving the problem correctly, not just finishing the job. He went above and beyond to rodent-proof vulnerable areas, remove nesting material, seal entry points, disinfect, install preventative measures, and make sure we understood every step along the way. He never rushed us, answered every question patiently, and treated our home like it was his own. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and finally have peace of mind knowing the major vulnerabilities around our home have been addressed. If you’re dealing with rats or rodents, don’t waste your time calling around like I did. Hire Marlon. You won’t regret it. 10/10. Outstanding service, professionalism, empathy, communication, and workmanship. Thank you, Marlon and Santos for going above and beyond for our family!”

“Gabriel was very efficient. He was on time found the mounds the gopher had made and set the trap.In addition he was very polite and asked me if I needed any other pest control service”

“Javier and his team at Green Planet Pest Control did an amazing job helping us with the exclusion of 50–70 bats from our attic. Their team conducted a thorough inspection, identified and sealed all entry points, and ensured the bats were safely removed. In addition, they sanitized the attic and installed new insulation. The attic now looks great, smells fresh, and gives us complete peace of mind. It’s refreshing to work with a company that truly cares about its customers, provides outstanding service, and treats you like family. Thank you, Javier and the entire Green Planet Pest Control team, for your professionalism, hard work, and dedication. We greatly appreciate everything you did for us and highly recommend your services.”

“Called about a spider problem in my car, asking what it would cost to fumigate it. The person I spoke with on the phone spent 10 minutes with me explaining various aspects of the situation and suggesting what I could do about it, none of which involved paying him. He was very patient and helpful. I would definitely be inclined to call him first if I had another bug problem.”

“Wow!!!!! This company is absolutely amazing and super professional!!!I had a rodent issue in my home because my next-door neighbors were dealing with an infestation and they started making their way into my place also. I tried handling it myself at first, but I honestly DONT recommend that because it ended up getting worse and I realized they were multiplying very fast. That was very stressful!Thats when I decided to call Rodent Masters after another neighbor recommended them. Funny enough, it ended up being a few of us neighbors on the same street using their services. At first we were even confused because we kept hearing noises in the walls and thought it might be something else like ghosts lol but it turned out to be rodents. The owner was very helpful, patient, kind and the staff was super professional and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and took care of all my rodent concerns.Overall it was a good experience and were finally relieved the issue is under control! Definitely recommend them if youre dealing with something similar.”
