“Appreciate how flexible and quick setting up the visit to fumigate. I was referred by a fri and who has previously used this service and had a positive experience in her house. My place is a two story condo style home that needed fumigation. We saw ants after the first visit pop up again but in our kitchen this time. Per the service guarantee, they helped us arrange a second visit to fumigate again, free of charge. I was very pleased how easy it was to have them come again, and did a more thorough spray of all the cracks in house, including attic entrance. Now our home is ant free! I think we received great, professional service from this business. Only thing I wish is that the staff was more decisive in where they should spray. When I asked them where they think should be sprayed (besides the obvious areas ants were) and they said wherever I want. But as a first time homeowner, I was hoping they would know/guide clients on where they typically always spray for ants. Maybe that's asking for too much, but just an idea for staff to explain where they highly recommend spraying/see ants often in other homes. Overall, I would recommend this business and service!”

“Had to call for a bee infestation behind some deck siding. Hero Pests promptly came out, assessed the situation & within a couple days the hive was removed. They followed up over the next couple weeks to finish the job & no more bees! Many thanks to Santiago, the crew & office staff.”
