“Vanguard were quick to respond to my queries for inspection when I contacted them regarding possible signs of termites. Jim came in for inspection and patiently answered all my questions around termites and other WDO that I had as first time home owner. He reassured me regarding their plan of action and quality of work. Gabriel and Robert were very professional with the application of the fix. They did their own walkthrough, checking other areas of the house as well and identified a couple of other small areas. They explained how the treatment would be applied. They were quick and efficient, and later gave tips and info on next steps, scheduling inspections and ensuring the problem gets taken care of. overall great service and leaves us feeling more secure about the problem”

“Excellent and prompt service! I would definitely recommend them if you have rats!”

“The Hero Pests crew worked so hard for three days straight, sunup to sundown. I started out with rats, opossums and raccoons and after todays’s inspection, everything looked clean. The crew of four were always punctual, so courteous and professional. They explained all their procedures. What was once a pure nightmare for an 82 single woman, living alone, turned out to be something that could be conquered. I am so impressed by their work ethic!!!!!”

“Incredibly responsive to calls and emails and absolutely reassured me about all of my concerns regarding the project. Have not seen anything of the bedbugs since.”

“Excellent service. They are very punctual, friendly, and work in a fast and efficient manner. I had a serious mouse problem in my home, and they not only placed traps, but most importantly, they identified and sealed all the access points to prevent the issue from continuing. After closing off the entry points to the interior of the house, they installed new traps as a preventive measure to avoid future problems. They also removed insulation contaminated with mouse droppings and performed a thorough cleaning and disinfection of the affected areas in my home. Thanks to their work, the problem was completely resolved. I highly recommend them.”

“Great company, great customer service, and they did a wonderful job. They have made me a repeat customer.”
