“Colby responded immediately to my request for assistance. He asked questions, had me send extra photos so he knew exact what the job required, and was ready to come help right away. He showed up at the agreed upon time, and climbed to the highest peaks of our ceiling (12 feet) to take care of our pest situation. We would not have been able to tackle this without him. He then sprayed where needed. I’m hoping we don’t ever need this kind of service again, but if we do, I’ll call Colby. Reasonable rate also! Extremely pleased with his work!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Castle Rock Pest Control. Not every situation is the same, but in our case, the owner took the time to thoroughly inspect the area and even used a camera to confirm there were no critters in the burrow before recommending a solution. That level of care and attention immediately gave us confidence that he was focused on solving the problem properly, not just selling a service. He arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. What really impressed me was how quickly he was able to assess the situation and come up with a practical solution. He proceeded with installing mesh around our concrete patio and offers a lifetime guarantee on his work. We were specifically looking for a humane approach, and we appreciated that his solution did not involve bait, recurring treatments, or ongoing costs. It was a straightforward, one-time service backed by a lifetime guarantee, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. It's rare to find someone who is this knowledgeable, communicative, efficient, fairly priced, and genuinely pleasant to work with. We were very impressed from start to finish and are so glad we chose Castle Rock Pest Control. I would happily recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.”

“Very experienced, very knowledgeable, and able to provide us ongoing management services. Highly recommend Garrett and the whole Wolfco team for your pest control needs.”

“Also, communication with head office was clear and helpful.”
