“Charles came out to treat pests in our home and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He’s a truly swell fellow 😎patient, attentive, and someone who actually listens to our concerns..He has a great sense of humor, and made the whole visit comfortable. He clearly knows his stuff and didn’t need an entourage to prove it—just confident & helpful. He’s officially our new amigo & even our pitbull Nala, gave him the seal of approval (which says a lot!). Very nice man and highly recommended.”

“I went from a couple of mice here and there to a full on infestation in no time at all. I had never called an exterminator before so this was solely based on Dominique’s thumbtack rating. I’m so happy I picked him! He knew what he was doing. He did it efficiently and quickly. He was professional and told me everything he was doing and why, and he listened to my concerns with genuine care. Dominique was so easy to talk with, and I felt so comfortable with him. His price was extremely fair and I was very relieved to not be gouged. I can’t recommend him enough! We will be having him back in December for a follow up, and I suspect he will be our only Exterminator going forward.”

“I had a squirrel in the wall in my bathroom that died. Eldridge (Bind-It) was the 2nd exterminator that we called as the first guy was unable to locate the funky little dead critter. El was responsive, came out the next morning and was able to find and extract the dead squirrel. He also pointed out that there were bats chillin in the chimney of the condo building and came back to close up the entry point to keep them out. This dude was a lifesaver cause I literally was getting ready to pack my stuff and move out thats how bad the smell was. He was personable, prompt and professional and I'm happy to provide my stamp of approval on the work he did for us in this building!”

“Great service for a great price!”
