“I was so stressed out and beyond frantic.. my main concern was just to get these insects away from my apartment, away from my window seals in order for me to be able to sleep & go to work. I highly recommend this company, they know their stuff, pricing is pretty good & they get the job done. I hired them the very next morning after the initial traumatic experience & they were able to come 2-3 hours after we spoke. Due to my situation being so drastic it’s not a one & done situation so I do have to have follow ups which suck and are costly to keep having someone come out every 2-3 months unfortunately but as a tenant renting this apartment this is just the reality of things especially when you move into a space that wasn’t properly inspected prior. My recommendation for anyone is to make sure you find out from your landlords when was the last inspection, when was an exterminator last there to treat the apartment, what was used to treat it & what rodents/pest problems was had. Most of all search up your landlords name on google. It is so important to know who you are renting from & the kind of environment your going to be in.. I found out multiple properties had issues of bed bugs as it is but I found this out after moving in, which obviously tells you the properties lack proper care & maintenance which then falls on the tenant to take care of. I’d definitely book them again. Thank you again for helping me 🙏🏾”

“with a K-9 Bed Bug Dog inspection, a whole home heat remediation using specialized heating equipment to cook out the bed bugs, and use of Eco-friendly insect control products for residual effect, followed by 2 follow-up treatments, a solid warranty, and a final K9 Bed Bug Dog inspection to confirm that the bed bugs are gone for good. Gene's attention to detail and responsiveness to every possible scenario was remarkable. The communication was flawless (might I add discretion was exercised in every step of the way). This company is a boutique style firm that's owner operated. They don't delegate to technicians and perform and supervise the work by themselves. Their investment into their clients success and well being is seen in every step of the way and their use of some seriously high tech equipment reflects their commitment for the log haul. Watching them operate is a testament to craftsmanship and professionalism. They nailed it! Thank you boys - Your dedication and patience got us our life back ~ Michele, Tom, and Emily. ”

“Chris Studva was very professional, thorough, and efficient. He took the time to inspect everything, explain the issue, and handle it properly. So thankful to have someone that I can trust. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing pest control!”
