“Tri Master Pest Control responded right away to my email and came the next day. He identified the culprit as a raccoon and set traps either to catch it or confirm that it wasn’t still in the basement. After a night with no evidence of the raccoon he sealed the old dryer or furnace vent where it was getting in and took the traps away. The raccoon playground and snack bar is closed and my house is critter-free again. I am very grateful for the prompt and effective service!”

“Great experience with this pest control service. We had yellow jackets entering our home through a deteriorated section of exterior trim, and they were able to quickly identify the problem and treat the colony. They were knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, and explained what they were doing and what to expect afterward. We still noticed a few live yellow jackets after the initial treatment, and they came back out for a second treatment at no additional cost, which I really appreciated. They stood behind their work and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Would definitely recommend!”
