If you want salad, tell her the ingredients you prefer and the type of dressing…be sure to ask for homemade if that’s your thing. Want sauces for your meat options? Let her know exactly which ones you prefer and ask her to make them fresh. Ask questions and provide her with key information to ensure that she delivers exactly what you want. Oh and you will need your own serving dishes if you prefer something fancier than aluminum pans. She will deliver your food promptly and answer any questions you may have before departing. My guests were very happy with the her creations.”
