“Working with Shawn and his crew was awesome. He and his crew installed a new tankless water heater, water softener and an R.O. system for our home. They were very professional and did an amazing job on the install. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job you would need! Very nice people as well as dependable to get the job done right the 1st time.”

“Back on 01/09/2026 Dan Merica came to our residence to do an annual plumbing checkup. We had previously had a new gas water heater installed by Mr. Rooter. Dan was very polite, professional, as well as very personable!!! He answered all of our questions, and we had plenty of them. He was very patient in answering our questions and along the way he also educated us . He was extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I were quite impressed with him. We also ended up asking for a plumbing estimate to install a new kitchen faucet. Dan also very quickly provided us with an estimate. Dan is truly a shining example of what 'great customer service is all about'!!!”
