“Rebecca was a pleasure to talk to on the phone and Jason showed up the same day, on time, and knew exactly what was wrong when I described the issue. Very professional, I already recommended them to friends. Thank you!”

“I called with an issue with my garbage disposal. They responded quickly and showed up on time. They got the job done quietly and left the kitchen area cleaner then how they found it! Excellent job and excellent service. Now I know who to call if I have another issue in the future.”

“I was pleased with the job however the job consisted of repositioning hinges on the door so it would close properly. I also needed the casing installed. The repair person did not have the necessary tools to install the casing. In addition, I was originally quoted $300 to adjust the door hinges, final price was $400 for less than 1 hours work. That seems like a pretty high charge since there was no material needed for this job. I do not mind paying a fair price for work done, I don’t like being overcharged and if this is typical of Thumbtack subs I’m not sure I’ll call on them again.”
