“It was determined that our sewer line was blocked and that the line did not have a clean out access. MLP located the optimum located for and installed a clean out for addressing future problems. The installation was complicated by the fact that our sewer line was Vitrified Clay Pipe and required some extensive 'extra' work. The owner himself assisted and eventually completed the job. The line was cleaned of major root infestation and the resulting clean line was show to us via their camera. Despite the 'extra' complications and time the charge remained the same as the original estimate which was probably half of a competitor's fee. A+++”
