“I contacted So Cal 1 Plumbing after part of my main sewer line was blocked and sewage backed up into one of my bathrooms. Miguel showed up and gradually troubleshooted the issue with his team, which took a little over a day given that the blockage was along part of the main sewer line that forked off the primary connection under my front yard. This fork had no cleanout serving it so it required a hole in my yard to investigate it after hydro jetting failed. Miguel walked me through what they had discovered and used the in-pipe camera to show me that it was a worst-case scenario - the blocked fork of the main line had become completely filled in with tree roots and the rest of the main line was compromised with roots beginning to intrude all along it. So the whole line needed to be replaced or at least cleaned and lined if I wanted to avoid a similar failure from happening again soon. Even though the large scope of work was unexpected, the next day Miguel showed up with a team of 10 people who managed to dig up the old fork, replace it with a new abs pipe, install a liner along the rest of the main line, and put back all original soil. All within a single day. They documented their work with photos and I periodically came out to inspect. I can appreciate that Miguel and team do not take on work unless they are confident that they can do it correctly in a way that they can uphold the 10-year warranty that they gave me on their labor. To this end, Miguel came back twice after the work (at no additional cost) in order to help repair a sprinkler line that got damaged when filling back in the hole. The second time he came back, the issue ended up not even being related to their work yet they were kind enough to help me fix it at no additional charge. While I sense that their overall price was not the least expensive on the market, it was still reasonable and well worth it when considering how quickly they executed the work, how high of a quality they did it, and how committed they are to their customer’s satisfaction.”

“Super happy with our toilet installation. Roland was great.”

“Lowrey Family Plumbing saved us from a plumbing mess we should never have inherited. The previous install was a disaster — not even close to code, poorly routed, and clearly done by someone who was guessing. We needed the whole setup moved and redone the right way. Justen came out, looked at it without making us feel stupid, explained exactly what was wrong, and laid out a clear plan to relocate and rebuild it properly. The work itself was beyond excellent. Everything was done to code, clean, and solid. No shortcuts, no “good enough,” and no surprise extras. He treated the house like it was his own, cleaned up after himself, and walked us through what he did so we actually understood it. Communication was easy the whole time. Fair pricing. Professional from start to finish. If you have a botched previous install or anything that needs to be moved and done correctly, call Lowrey Family Plumbing. This is the plumber you want.”

“They help us rebuild the gas line through a high-rised ground without breaking the concrete above. Save us money compare to other offers. They work carefully to make sure no leaks and try creative solutions to get the pipes correct. A trustworthy company to work with.”

“They were able to complete the new sewer liner, drain replacement, and repipe within four days too! These guys were fast, reliable, and truly did very good work.”

“David was extremely helpful and answered multiple questions I had about the installation of a new toilet flange which involved removing some concrete. Will definitely use him again!”
