“My washing machine was backing up, so I decided to give a new plumbing company, H2O Pros, a call. Dazhaun arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the issue. He unclogged the drain, replaced the pipe, and had everything fixed in no timeno more backups! Dazhaun was professional, thorough, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them!”

“We texted 3 different plumbing companies to get estimates. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the first to respond back within minutes of the inquiry via Thumbtack so we went BFP. They definitely live up to their motto of being responsive and punctual. Chris Bloomfield came out to assess the situation and confirmed that it was not the sump pump but the water heater. He contacted the office immediately after going over the costs with us and giving us three different options to choose from. We chose the water heater with a 6 yr warranty with the company. On the same day, Everton Russell and Ami Pineda came out to install the new water heater. Ami explained how to control the temperature of the water heater. Both technicians worked quickly and removed the old water heater safely out of the basement. We appreciated Benjamin Franklin Plumbing’s professionalism when it came to communication by texting us a detailed description of each person who would be coming out to the house and when they would arrive. The communication also gave a brief background of each of the service technicians as well. BFP sent a thorough breakdown of the costs with pics via email. We are very satisfied with the new water heater and will be seeing BFP each year for the annual flush & checkup as part of the warranty. Thank you BFP for your responsiveness, quality and professionalism!”

“From the moment I called, their team responded immediately and had a crew dispatched faster than any company I’ve ever dealt with. If you’re looking for a reliable plumber, water damage restoration company, or emergency plumbing service in Connecticut, this is the team you want. We had a major issue with a burst pipe during one of the recent cold snaps, and water started flooding our basement quickly. Within a short time, TMG arrived, assessed the situation, and took full control. They didn’t just fix the plumbing — they handled everything from start to finish. That includes emergency plumbing repair, water extraction, drying equipment setup, and full documentation for our insurance claim. What really stood out was how thorough and professional they were. They performed detailed moisture readings, explained exactly what needed to be done, and walked us through every step of the process. Their mitigation team set up containment, used commercial-grade drying equipment, and ensured no mold risk moving forward. The biggest difference with TMG is that they are truly a one-stop shop. We didn’t have to call multiple contractors. They handled the plumbing repair, demolition, mitigation, and are now completing the rebuild. That alone saved us time, stress, and money. They also helped guide us through the insurance process, which can be overwhelming. Their documentation was extremely detailed, and thanks to their experience, our claim was approved without any issues. If you’re dealing with: • Frozen pipes • Burst pipes • Basement flooding • Sewer backups • Water damage or mold concerns Do not waste time calling multiple companies. Call TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions. Their professionalism, speed, communication, and quality of work are unmatched. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in doing the job right the first time. Trust the pros. Get the job done right the first time.
