“Contractors were dedicated to finding the issue and solving the problem.”

“I am very interested in getting a water treatment system for my home. Our city tap water is terrible and I am very concerned about whats in it. Kelly came to my house and tested my water. It was worse than I thought it would be and thats saying a lot since I thought it would be bad. She carefully explained, step by step, what she was doing with the testing and what the results meant. She then talked about the options available from CGC. She was awesome! She didnt arm twist or try those gimmicks sales people use to get you to sign a contract on the spot. She patiently answered all my questions and what the differences were with the other types of treatment systems offered by other companies. I love that CGC is a family owned business and the fact that theyve been around for many years speaks volumes. Honesty, fair pricing and friendly and professional staff like Kelly giving a face to the company makes my going with CGC a no-brainer. Thanks Kelly! Much appreciated!”

“As a new multifamily property owner, finding contractors I can trust is incredibly important. Their honesty, transparency, and quality of work gave me confidence that I was in good hands. They also offer a military discount, which was an added bonus and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Totally Hooked Plumbing & Drains to anyone looking for dependable, knowledgeable plumbers. They’ve earned my trust and will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. Thank you again to Collin, John, Brendan, and the entire team for the outstanding service!”

“We have cast iron pipes which has caused lots of blocks in our sewer line. After speaking to many Plumbers to get an idea of repair. Some suggested removing the pipes which is a very labor intensive process. Eric came out to perform a sewer scope. He worked with us on a plan to pay for a re-pipe and even though we haven't had the pipe re-lined yet they still came to the property to ensure clean lines so the don't back up. We are beyond grateful for this company. great service and competitive prices!! Highly recommend!!!”

“Great work. The house and driveway look new!”

“I needed to have my hot water heater in the garage replaced and found Perez Plumbing on Thumbtack. From the 2-3 other plumbing companies I had contacted, they gave me a very reasonable offer and almost immediate availability. Kevin came out to do the job. He assessed the situation, saw the unit that needed replacing, drained all the water out into the street, went and got the new unit, disconnected and took out the old unit, and replaced it with the new one. He left no mess, took the old one, cleaned the whole area and left it better looking than it was before. I am very happy with the outcome.”
