“I contacted Drains and Things and Mike responded quickly by calling me back in a few minutes and I was able to explain the issues I was having with what I thought was my sink disposal not working properly. He reviewed some possible options on what the problem could be and also provided some monetary costs for each issue. He was able to schedule a service visit within 2 hrs. After evaluating my sink issues, he informed me it wasn’t my sink disposal but a break in one of the pipes under my sink. He reviewed the cost to fix it and when I approved the cost he worked on the pipe and completed the job explaining everything he was doing. I was extremely satisfied and thankful Mike was available for my “Call for help”!”

“Prompt response and services. Thank you.”

“Josh from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did a great job for us recently. He arrived in time, was courteous and respectful and, most importantly, was very competent and efficient. He repaired a leak from the city water main into our house and helped us apply for refund from the water company. He stood by his estimate. We would recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to a friend.”
